Once we are engaged we will be bound by the Saudi Arabian Code of Law Practice enacted by the Royal Decree No. (M/38)28, Rajab 1422, 15-October 2001. Any international appointments will still be governed by the same law unless agreed in the Letter of Engagement otherwise.
