We assist local and international contractors during bidding stages, construction, or in the dispute resolution process. We have represented number of international contractors in transactions and as assisted those with understanding better construction law in GCC. We have been also being appointed as a project counsel in partnering or alliance form of delivery. We have experience in many standard forms as FIDIC, JCT, and NEC4. We advise all construction industry players as developers, engineering firms, insurance companies, and subcontractors.

We have advised many clients and designed suitable structures in project finance deals. We normally work with complex projects, either from funding or structure angles. We are one the few local firms who are able to assist in drafting all necessary documents to assist formulating SPVs or employers finance vehicles. We work with EPC delivery forms or Split EPC forms, or in more complex structures as PPP or PFI. We will assist in drafting agreements as PPAs, services agreements, Supply agreements, Fit and commission agreements, O&M agreements, Finance facility agreements, Implementation agreements, and project development agreements.

Our connection in Private Equity and Venture Capital is brought from the extensive experience we have in assisting startups and growth companies. We don't typically get involved in M&A transactions without providing a value-added know-how on complex issues. 

We have advised companies in regulatory matters, mergers and acquisitions, LBOs, MBOs, and other non-typical forms of PE/VC. We have been also appointed with many investments houses to assist them in fund formation and investment management.

We have a strong Saudi litigation practice. With our female and male lawyers we are able to represent clients before all Saudi courts in any city across the Kingdom. Our strong team has represented Saudi and non-Saudi clients in pre-litigation negotiations and successfully closed first hearing settlements before trials. We have also represented clients in very complex legal issues in Saudi Law where judges required assistance from supreme judiciary to verify arguments or jurisprudential points of law we raised. We represent clients in many areas as construction, engineering, oil & gas, adverting and media, investments, commercial and corporate cases, payment, medical negligence, and personal injury, harassment in work place, and wages or simpler trials. We represented clients before Supreme Court, commercial courts, general courts, labor courts, quasi-judiciary committee as the ones for insurance or financial matters.

We regularly represent clients in much arbitration, in many jurisdictions or seats around the world. We have acted in arbitrations seated in Central Asia, Europe, Middle East, and in North America. Our winning rates so far is 100%, we tend to provide detailed reports especially on construction matters that brought discussions of settlements during the arbitration process. We have been acting before tribunals constituted between the parties or by LCIA, ICC, BADR-AAA, DIAC, and SADR. We have also been appointed as arbitrators with the Saudi Council of Engineers and as Expert Witnesses on complex legal issues. Many courts in Saudi Arabia appoint us as expert witnesses in producing reports for complex engineering and construction matters. We also have represented clients in banking, employment, and shipping international arbitrations.

We are well-suited to be appointed by clients before the design and construction stages. We normally get appointed by the Employers to produce all project documents and draft standard forms or bespoke contracts. We get involved in the procurement process and at the bidding stage. We also manage contracts and are appointed in alliance and partnering delivery models to control disputes and legal issues during the life-time of the project. No other law firms in Saudi Arabia provide such service to construction players. We also get involved in BIM modelling and control many legal issues as IP, engineering defaults, product liabilities, and code compliance between all project players.
