We are one of the few Saudi firms using OPM models in managing the delivery of our legal services. This model made us able to not miss the smaller details where we breakdown the services or the cases before trials into simpler activities, and associate time and costs on each deliverable of those activities. We then apply models as Six Sigma and TQM to process the quality checks of our deliverables. The competitive advantage we aim to achieve is by simplifying complex areas of the law to our customers. With the use of our case reporting platform, you can access the day-to-day process inside the firm and you will be able to see the work, ingredients, and final deliverables before submissions to courts or tribunals.
The use of technology in our work is part of our success, it made us able to provide better service to our clients and be able to communicate with them regularly in simple channels. We tend to depart in most occasions from the hourly billing approach, and provide to clients our services on fixed-fees at the quality they need in simple or complex transactions.
