 Dr. Abdullah Medallah is the Founder and Managing Partner of the firm and a leading figure in construction law, project development, and private equity in Saudi Arabia. He began his career as a Construction Engineer with the Royal Commission/Bechtel before transitioning to law, earning a PhD and multiple advanced legal qualifications in the UK. Dr. Medallah has advised clients across the USA, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, combining legal expertise with business insight. He has successfully represented clients before all levels of the Saudi judiciary, including the Supreme Court.

 Ayah focuses on corporate, investment, and equity-related transactions, with additional experience in litigation and solar-energy ventures. She assists on high-value projects, including startup investment rounds, expansion operations, and cross-border legal disputes under Saudi, ADGM, SIAC, US, and English law. Ayah holds an LLB in International and European Law with a specialization in Technology Law from the University of Groningen, and completed an exchange program at City, University of London. 

 Senior Legal Advisor

Job is a senior legal advisor with broad experience in corporate transactions, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance across the MENA region. He advises startups, investors, and corporates on M&A, structuring, and complex commercial disputes. He holds an LL.M. in Contract Law and an LL.B. from The Lebanese University, and a Diploma in Mediation Rules from Saint Joseph University in Beirut.

 Angelo supports the firm's financial management, budgeting, client onboarding, and licensing activities, while coordinating with international offices and professional partners. He has experience assisting in corporate mergers, IPO planning, and real estate project development in Saudi Arabia. He holds a B.A. in Accounting from Ateneo De Naga University and is an Associate Member of the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA).

  Salman is a key member of our Litigation Team, assisting in the preparation of case files, legal memoranda, and court submissions. With a background in law and a Diploma and BSc degree, he supports the team in managing matters across various Saudi courts and ensures each case is handled with precision and diligence.

 Norah works on a range of transactional matters with her scope of work including, but not limited to, contract drafting, loan and funding applications, legal memorandum preparation, and legal research. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from King Faisal University and she brings a strong academic foundation and a self-developed command of legal English to the firm, allowing her to contribute confidently to its corporate practice.
